Joining Sutton Coldfield u3a or Renewing an Existing Membership
New Members. We welcome new members who would like to join existing groups or organise new ones. You're welcome to attend a few group meetings to see if they're of interest before joining as a member. You can download a 2023/24 New Members Application Form or preferably use our SCu3a Online New Membership Application.
Associate Members. If you currently belong to another u3a but regularly attend meetings held by Sutton Coldfield u3a, you need to complete an
Associate Membership Form. This is to comply with regulations to enable us to have details of non-local members attending each of our meetings.
NOTE: Will all members who pay UK income tax please ensure that the Gift Aid box on the membership form is checked. This will enable us to claim a rebate from HMRC equivalent to 25% of your membership fee, but if the box is unchecked, we must forego this rebate.

IMPORTANT - Updating Changed Membership Information
If any members have changed their postal address, telephone number, or email address since joining or renewing their membership, it's important that they update their personal details on the Beacon membership system. The Sutton Coldfield u3a members portal to do this can be accessed by clicking on this link: Beacon Members Portal.
Please note that for security reasons, to log into Beacon your originally registered u3a membership number, name, postcode and email address are needed in order to change or update personal information.
