Definitive meeting times for the current month are shown in the Monthly Calendar.
This group is for anyone who enjoys ‘world music’ in any form. The group will provide an opportunity to listen to a wide range of world music.
World music is a broad term that includes folk, traditional, and local popular music from outside the mainstream Western pop and classical traditions. This group uses as wide a definition as possible.
The organiser will share his collection of world music CDs and, equally, others are able to share their collections. Everyone will be able to expand their knowledge of world music and discover something new.
So, if you like Philippine nose flutes, Mongolian throat singing, or African blues, come along and share your enthusiasm with the group.
Meeting Schedule
If this list is empty it means either the group has no specific scheduled topic for any given meeting - meetings roll from one to another - or the Webmaster has not been advised of the schedule.
Please contact the Group Organiser for details if appropriate.
