Definitive meeting times for the current month are shown in the Monthly Calendar.
The music is madrigals and part-songs from the 16th. to the 20th. century. The music is in 4 or more parts with one to three singers per part, and is unaccompanied by an instrument.
Participants are expected to be able to sight read music and to hold their own part. We are about 16 people of whom usually about 6 - 12 singers attend each time. There is a suggested repertoire sent out a few days before each meeting, taken from our own collection of downloaded music and from the Oxford book of Madrigals.
